Facebook Lite
Facebook is one of those sites that most everyone goes to nearly every day, or even multiple times a day simply to check and see what all of their friends are up to. It's an addiction that I can admit to having. The problem is that even with the simple looking layout of the page, there still is a lot of mini apps running all over the page.
That's where Facebook Lite comes into play. Facebook Lite is a version of the facebook page that is very much simplified. It is designed either for someone that has limited bandwidth (dial up?) or someone with limited screen space (netbook). It all runs very fast, gives you all the basic information that you need, and is an official product of the Facebook website, so you don't have to worry about any third partys having access to your personal data!
